This will be a theoretical exercise, nobody should do it at home! We are looking for the answer to what depends on the mind.
Imagine drawing a 20-foot-long, 20-centimeter-wide line on the street with a chalk. Do you think you can do it by walking through it without any problems keeping your shoes on this drawn lane all the way?
The answer will certainly be 'yes'. The degree of difficulty is insignificant.
Now imagine that this bar is 20 meters high. Do you think you can do it by walking through it without any problems keeping your shoes on this drawn lane all the way? Because if you don't, you'll fall and die.
The answer will certainly be 'no'. The degree of difficulty is exceptionally high.
What is the difference? Because you have to do the same.
Now this difference is in the mind. Of course, there are people, like artists and skyscraper builders, who would have no problem with this task, but they are prepared for it and it doesn't hurt to have experience. You also need to prepare and practice meditation for similar reasons.
Maybe one in 1 million people would be able to succeed without preparedness and practice without falling and dying. When they wanted to kill me in my early years by shooting my consciousness into deep trans, I was the one man out of ten billion who survived. But I’m not even close to taking that 20-meter ride at that 20-foot altitude, but I might take something else that would seem a lot harder.
